Understanding pressure from the inside out.
Behavioural science, nervous system regulation, and identity recalibration for people navigating sustained pressure.
About Me
My work is grounded in behavioural science and supported by a PhD in Clinical Affective Science, specialising in emotional regulation and equilibrium. Before building this practice, I worked within large-scale financial and technology systems in high-governance environments where pressure, performance, and accountability were constant.
That experience gave me a deep understanding of what chronic pressure does, not only to organisations, but to the people within them.
Today, I work with individuals who appear capable on the outside but feel stretched underneath.
Why This Work Matters
Much of my work has been shaped by observing what prolonged pressure does to people over time.
Many people have insight, intelligence, and good intentions, yet still repeat patterns that exhaust them.
They over-function.
They over-carry.
They adapt until they lose connection with themselves.
This is rarely a motivation problem.
It is often a regulation problem.
When the nervous system stabilises, new choices become possible.
How I Work
My approach integrates:
- Nervous system regulation
- Behavioural science
- Somatic therapy
- Identity recalibration
Depending on the individual, this may involve body-based work, structured 1:1 support, or a deeper container designed for sustainable change.
The aim is not to fix you.
It is to restore capacity, clarity, and internal authority.
